In addition to posting here and on the ESPN board, another way to add to your WNBA experience is to play Virtual General Manager.
Cam won last year, and received a trip to DET for one of the finals games.
It is a way to get to know which players perform consistently. Points, rebounds, assists, turnovers, as well as missed field goals and free throws are all factored in. |

Not only did I win, I got free air fare, hotel, and tickets to Game #2 of the WNBA Finals. Plus, I got to go to a special reception after the game with the WNBA front office folks, the ESPN game announcers, and some of the top players (Lauren Jackson, Katie Smith, Sue Bird, Tamika Catchings, etc.).
Remind me to tell you my Lauren Jackson story some time... |

Air fare, hotel, and tickets to Game #2 of the WNBA Finals. I got to bring a friend as well (TheBomb815 from the ESPN boards). And we got to attend a special reception held after the game for the All-WNBA teams (got to see Bird and Catchings; got to hang out with Lo-Jack and Katie Smith), league front office executives (Val Ackerman was there), and game announcers (Ann Meyers, Doris Burke, and the guy from NBA-TV were there). |
