|  Jebus!!!! What does an Aussie have to do to watch his favourite player! Why did they suit Veal up if they had no intention of playing her. The Mercury will loss Veal if they don't respect her as a player. I can promise u one thing. She'll take care of the ball better than anyone else on that team!! GO VEALY!!  |

I think you need to send a louder message........something that will clearly express your wishes without words because it's obvious that mgmt isn't listening very well ;)
I suggest going here immediately and having 150 lbs shipped directly to Seth's home at 2am. |

| Maybe I'm being naive on this, but in the last article with a quote from Veal (couple of days ago) it didn't seem that she felt she was 100% ready to go. Sounds like they're bringing her back slowly to make there are no more knee problems. (hope that's it) |

Sure, bringing her back slowly is a good idea.
But to suit her up and not play her is taking that to the extreme! Its not like she has to get used to sitting on the bench or wearing the uniform  |

Veal didn't play because she is not ready. Last report from Seth was that Veal would not play until she had 3 good practices. As of Monday, she had 1. I think the only reason why she was activated was to answer any questions people might have had concerning who would replace Brandy. And as insurance, in case, we had a serious injury during the game and needed an additional player.
By making that last assumption, I realize I am opening the door to speculation or debate that if she could be used as insurance, she could play. I am pretty sure that if she wasn't activated, people would be posting here asking questions like: "Who is going to replace Brandy? or Why isn't Veal activated?" Seth isn't going to win any way he does it.
Don't get me wrong, capsman, we need a heathy Vealy on the court, however, I would like to remind you that she lead the team in turnovers last year. And last year's average was the second worse in team history (inaugural season was worse) and is worse than this year's average. |

Vealy at 50% is better than the passing display the Mercury put on last night.
We can play Brandy at 50% fitness, 5% effort and 0% smarts, but they won't let Veal play until she's 100%
  PLEASE!!!  |

| What's this I read about Kristen's knee being sore after practice Saturday? Will that put a damper on her possible return to the floor today? |

gia, where'd you read that? Did I miss something in my morning papers?
Irregardless, Veal needs to start getting some limited minutes.
Put her in when were up 15 points. We need to play to win instead of playing not to lose.
See more comments about Veal and bench players in other thread. |

| :( Sunday paper said Veal felt pain during the last practice. Can't see them playing her if she's in any kind of knee pain |
