| The information on the collective bargaining negotiations comes from talking to various people on both sides of the matter and putting together their ideas about how the new CBA is likely to shake out. The consensus seems to be something along the lines of what I wrote although if they go that way the initial amount and ensuing increase of a salary cap would be a major issue. |
