This is great news.
Of course, if the league or the players association for that matter had any integrity, moral aptitude, honor, veracity, respect, authenticity, realism, faithfulness, dependability, truthfulness, class, principles, fortitude, ethics, common sense, knowledge in general, goodness, fairness, strength of mind, foresight, hindsight, any sight, conscience, prudence, loyalty, a clue, etc. they would have found a way to write the CBA to include a bonus payment of some kind to Jennifer Gillom for what she meant to the WNBA. After all, we know she earned it!
Shame on the WNBA and Players Association. Does anyone know if Seth sat in on the discussions??? |

Glad it was done. Some steps (well, baby steps) toward "truer" free agency for the players.
Charter flights were discussed, but with the move to privately owned (read...independent from the NBA) franchises, this was going to be EXTREMELY difficult and costly. |
