As an aside, I know many fans only speak up to management when they have complaints, but I am sure Jay Parry would love to hear about your positive experiences. I ran into her at La Grande Orange during the summer, and I told her how happy I was with the system, style of play, and the franchise as a whole.
You get the sense she works really hard at her job, trying to promote the Mercury and increase the season ticket holder base and corporate sponsorships. Congrats for being recognized for your hard work, Jay! |
