| Oh my :o I hate the idea of Marlies in that shark tank in LA, she's such a sweet person....but hey, she'll probably get a ring out of it, so good for her :!: |

Why would the Sparks want/need Askamp? I really liked her when she was here. She would be on of the tallest in LA, Leslie is also 6'5" but it seems she's slowed down lately......
Hope she does get her ring! That might make it worth it to be in that lockerroom |

Wow! The only upside I see for us is at least we'll have ONE person on the Sparks to cheer for should there ever be a need. Not sure there ever will be though.
Miami picked up Trisha Stafford-Odom on Monday in anticipation of the trade I imagine |

""We needed another big body to take some legitimate minutes off of Lisa [Leslie]," Coach Michael Cooper said. "I think it's a great deal for us [because] we got her for virtually nothing. I don't think our draft position is going to be that great next year."
Not only are they thugs. but they're thieves too! |

| Miami has three first round picks now though. I wonder if we're going to see a really big move out of them soon, or if they're going to keep them and try to clean up on next year's draft. Either way, they're in a pretty good position. Too bad for them that it's the 2003 draft and not the 2004 draft. :D |
