Have some stuff on my page http://insaneplatypus.prussia.net/index2.html
Veal's had a solid return to basketball except her offense has gone walkabout again (it does exist... *remembers* pre-2001 Veal). Funnily enough it's been missing ever since she's gone to the WNBA (then again, she's been pretty much injured during the last year). |

How do you think Veal's invitation to join the Opals will effect her playing in the WNBA? Will she be pressured to stay at home like others? |

She's definately gotten a bit doscombobulated since making it to the WNBA. I don't think the coach trusted her in 2001 so her confidence was suspect. And in 2002.....well we all saw her with those lovely black knee-wear.
Hopefully she'll find her scoring groove and come back ready to kick some ass in the summer |

Possibly but it all depends whether Jan is still coach by 2004 (not if I have anything to do with it lol).
I'm sure Jan blames our bronze medal on the team not spending more time together but I wonder if she's realised that her coaching is the main issue. Making Suzy go out to the perimeter to get the ball... 'nuff said (or benching Penny and LJ for one WHOLE quarter against Team USA). |
