| He was an assistant in Portland, but I believe he has a long basketball history, just can't remember what it is...maybe one of the Jeffs can help? |

Link to an article about Tom newell, who just got over a serious illness, but it appears Phoenix has not interviewed him yet...willl this delay the naming of a new coach in time for my birthday Thursday?
