Hey, thanks for checking it out. Now that there's a couple of posts here I can tweak some things.....hopefully without breaking it.

This board really has some nice features though. I was surprised. The private messaging thing is pretty nice (PM icon).

Anyway, wherever we land I'm sure it will be fine.

Your message board is a winner, just like the Mercury will be. :D

Keegan! Good to see you here. I was wondering if the platypi <sp> were going to land and if I was going to have to find a pic of one for you. I should have known you'd have you're own portfolio of them.

Okay, I finally made it in here too. Looks good! Had to alter my handle slightly though, because I signed up the first time with a "no spam" e-mail address, not knowing this stupid thing would dispatch an e-mail confirmation to finish registration. Ah well, no biggie.

Okay, I have a question here. Is my signature pic of Jason Fox on the left coming up for anyone else? Because I noticed when I first logged back in here that it wasn't showing me the pic, it was showing an ad for Fortunecity, where I have it uploaded on my web space, but I unloaded it and reloaded it, and suddenly the image is back again as I want it. So I'm just wondering what other people are seeing, the ad or the image. If people are getting ads, then I may need a volunteer who's willing to upload it to their web space and let me link to it from there. :-) Heaven knows Fortunecity hasn't done enough for me to warrant giving them any free advertising.

Hey eaction, your pic is showing properly. If you email it to me I'll put it on the server if you want.

Also, I fixed your username change but you might need to log out and back in.

Hi everyone, what a great board. I'm a UCSB fan, can't believe (well, yes I can) what an immediate liking you Mercury fans took to "our" Kayte. Boy are we going to miss HER!! :-( I'm really soaking up all your comments on Kayte as well as the rest of the team...thanks! Just in case this wasn't common knowledge there, Kayte won the Golden Eagle Award (academic achievement for student-athletes) more than once at UCSB, will be graduating with honors, and is the speaker at UCSB's 1 pm commencement ceremony tomorrow (Sunday). If any of you are interested in "watching" it, the UCSB Bookstore will be providing a live webcast via the UCSB website at this URL:
http://www.bookstore.ucsb.edu/commencement/index.html
Thanks for your support of Kayte - it'll be fun to follow her while she's in Phoenix. Go Gauchos! Go Mercury!

The ceremony begins at 1 pm Pacific time - so that would still be 1 pm in Phoenix, since AZ doesn't have Daylight Savings Time, right? It would be 2 pm in other Mountain States, 3 pm in Central (except Indiana, but let's not get into that one!!) and 4 pm Eastern. It usually takes around half an hour for the grads to file in, a little longer for the Chancellor to speak, etc. so I'm **guessing** that she'll make her speech around 45 minutes into the ceremony. Go K8! :-D
