Terrible article. Weakness at the point is overlooked. 8-9 rebounds per game per post player? NONE of those players have ever averaged 8-9 rebounds before. Abrosimova, a fantastic overall floor game? She isn't called the Russian Turnover Machine for nothing. Augustus, MVP? NO ONE mentioned her as a possible MVP. And Augustus, a defensive stopper? She didn't play much defense in college, and she didn't in the preseason game I saw.
Just a terrible piece of journalism. |
