| What is up with Penny? Why did she only shoot 4 times and only play 20 some minutes. Are DT and AD NOT giving her the ball? Anna's shooting % has been horrible lately, yet she still gets more shots than PEnny. I have watched Penny play since her rookie year with Cleveland and again (as in Cleveland) she is being misused as a player. Once Dan Hughes realized that, the Rockers made the playoffs!DO u guys remember the 33 points PT scored against the Mercury that year? She is a scorer! Ok, sorry I vented so much, but that's how I feel! |

Boy, the jetlag when you come back through the Stargate is something, huh?
Well, Colonel, there's been quite a few threads answering yours and a thousand other similar questions, so we'll brief you after you catch up.
Oh, and the Starzz relocated to San Antonio, and guess who's the head coach down there now?
This is June 30, 2005, if that helps.
Oh, and we figured out how to clone people while you were gone, so now there are more Penny Taylors. Neat, huh? |

| I think she's just been in a mini slump, and has not been aggressive as she usually is..which, I hope that changes, cause the Merc can't win without her. |

Someone earlier in the week said she's tired, and I can buy that from watching her on tape.
That's Penny Taylor #1, Suze. :) |

One game I saw she looked okay, but it's hard to tell now whether it's her being tired or just the general malaise the whole team seems to have. Let's hope this week without a game helps.
Geez, I can't believe you went for a straight answer, AP. Would you mind turning your phone on, please, Oh-Sweaty-Palms-and-Naughty-Feelings-Causing-One? |

| Rebol, your tagline was so fitting during the Shumate/TJ experiment. |

Hi, M.! :)
Yes, it was, wasn't it? It was meant more as a general motto in my life, in soccer and basketball, but those days were just *so* grim, weren't they? It used to drive Andy and me nuts, as if that weren't obvious at the time.
We're all so quick to forget that year and how horribly deep and dark that hole was. This year's team has *real* hope and - I think, anyway - a good coach, don't you think? (So did last year's, for that matter.)
I see the Liberty cut Tamara Moore today, btw, a chance to rectify what I think was a mistake. |

Penny is such a solid player and gives everything she has out on the court. I personally think she will be our most consistent player from here on out and could very well be the team MVP.
BTW, Penny is engaged. |

The Brigade met Penny's fiance after the Charlotte game. I must say he is a very good looking young man. Almost as pretty as she is. And seemed almost as nice as well.
Congraluations, Penny on finding or being found by such a nice young man. Good luck to both of you. |

| Congrats to Penny!! Does anyone know what nationality he is? Probably Australian, American, or Italian? just curious to know. I think Phoenix is finally playing like a team-when u have scoring balance like they've had lately-that proves it. Washington is a tough team-we will have to play good! GO MERCURY!! |
