| Dydek at the 2? Never heard of that one but the Starzz playing Baranova at the 2 was always good for a laugh because Elena is about as fast as I am ;) |

I went to the practice and but missed the first 30 minutes. Most of what I saw was defensive practice. It looked like they were working on a different zone defense. Veal was the point for the 1st team. Tracy and Lisa had some nice steals, but the 2nd team scored way too much. Oksana didn't seem that bad. I thought she moved better than Barnes. She made one good move, inside, to the basket. I can understand why Williams has improved her game this season. She was working hard out there. She was probably the most intense player at the practice.
All the coaches had imput and were involved with what was going on. Timms got in on the bumping with the posts. She had a tougher time than Cooper but she figured out a way to make it work.
The crowd (mostly 5 to 10 year olds who were there for the day camp after practice) got very excited when we scored but didn't seem to really know what was going on. I was more pleased when we had a defensive stop or shut down the middle. |

| I went to the practice and it was awesome. The only thing that sucked is that I didn't get any autographs. |
