Hello! My name is Mike and I own an all-sports website in Connecticut called Sportspagemagazine.com. We are a credentialed media source for the Sun and UConn sports among others.
The reason that I writing is to see if there is a Mercury fan that likes to write and another that may have a digital 35mm camera and likes to take pictures to join our website team. This applies to other major cities that have UConn players playing their now like Seattle, Detroit and Indiana also.
With this comes perks, I can possibly get you into Mercury games to see them play whenever a former UConn player comes into town, such as Sue Bird, Swin Cash among others and it would not cost you anything more then writing an article on the game or on a player, or shoot a bunch of pictures and e-mail to my photo layout person.
I have this agreement set up with people in Houston, LA and NY. And it has worked out well.
