I'm very sad. I know how much Katie wanted to play, and how hard she worked to get back in time. It's unfortunate that she had to get injured again, and that there might be the possibility she will not play for the remainder of the WNBA season as well.

I was bummed when I found out this morning. I knew she was very excited, and the team could really use her outside presence. Diana will now have to step up her game, and hopefully she'll be fine once the WNBA season resumes.
Hopefully Katie will be okay, but I doubt she'll play once she gets back. |

I think Diana will do just fine filling in for Katie. Diana has looked more and more comfortable as the Olympics have progressed.

k.smith was playing so well in the wnba right before she injured her knee.
